Our refund, return, cancellation, and replacement polieare designed to ensure your complete satisfaction and give you peace of mind when shopping with us. Our refund policy is valid for 7 days from the moment you receive your order. If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, with its original packaging intact. This includes all original packaging and materials included with the product. A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, or items sent back more than 7 days after an RMA has been issued, will automatically be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please contact us at vsveeservice@outlook.com to request an RMA number, which must be clearly marked on your return package. When requesting an RMA, please be prepared to provide supporting photos to explain the reason for your return, if applicable.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping fees charged on your order are non-refundable.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, proper packaging of the returned item, and appropriate shipping insurance, if desired.
Damaged items resulting from improper handling by the carrier will not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be granted in certain situations, and a 20% restocking fee may be applied at the discretion of a company representative, if applicable:
• Any item not in its original condition
• Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery
Your item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Please note that gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unwanted item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed.
As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
